Display Training Center Instructors:
Dr. Radu Reit is a display industry leader with more than a decade of experience in leadership positions at display material startups (Ares Materials) and F500 consumer electronics giants (Apple). His primary background is in material design and manufacturing with over dozens of peer-reviewed articles and patents spanning adhesives, flexible display cover films and more. Dr. Reit is a Senior Member of the Society for Information Display, and has served on the executive committee since 2018.

Dr. Peter Palomaki is a world-renowned expert on quantum dot materials and display technology. Peter has spent over a decade developing and commercializing QD-containing optical products, most notably at QD Vision (acquired by Samsung). His teardown videos and analysis of display products are well-known in the display community. He has acted as PI on numerous government grants throughout his career (NSF, DARPA, Air Force) to develop novel technologies in fields such as photomedicine, beam steering, and infrared photodetectors. As a consultant, Peter applies his scientific training and rigor to help companies develop, commercialize, and market their technologies. He is a member of the Emissive, MicroLED, and Quantum Dot subcommittee at the Society for Information Display.
