Overview
For early and mid-career professionals in the display industry, our instructors have tailored a series of Professional Certifications covering a wide variety of detailed manufacturing, product and supply chain topics.
Professional courses are tailored to a specific need from the student, and can cover a wide variety of subtopics within 3 main verticals:
Manufacturing: Panel Fabrication, Module Construction, XR Optics Fabrication
Product: Flat Panel Integration, Novel Form Factor Design, AV Professionals, XR Product Integration
Supply Chain: Panel Maker Landscape, Industry Business Models, Intellectual Property
Professionals are tested upon course completion, with an opportunity to retest should some concepts need further study. Upon successful examination, the professional will be granted the following:
- Plaque recognizing the professional as a “Display Professional” in chosen topic by a trained DTC instructor
- Alumni page professional listing with optional headshot & link to their professional profile (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Addition to the DTC job board for recruiters to access to DTC-vetted industry specialists
- Schedule up to three 60min consultations follow-up conversations with their course instructor
- Highlighted in the DTC newsletter

Display Module Manufacturing

Full-day course (8-hr) covering preparation needed for module manufacturing (material IQC, hardware and equipment CTQ), as well as the manufacturing process flow for a display module, material and equipment requirements and finally module testing & shipment.
XR Product Integration
$2,595
Full-day course (8-hr) covering virtual, augmented and mixed reality product definitions, as well as a detailed breakdown of the component-level considerations (display panel, display module, lens module, optical module, and final optical assembly) needed for each XR device type.
